• If the client withdraws from the nominated course at least fifteen working days before the first day of the course, they will incur a 30% administrative processing fee, and the rest would be refunded to them accordingly.

• Within ten working days of the first day of the course, they will receive no refund of the course fee.

• Ventures AA Ltd reserves the right to cancel any training course enrollment at least 15 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
